Helene Timpone, LCSW, is an internationally recognized therapist and founder of TESS, specializing in trauma-informed care for children, teens, and families with over 20 years of clinical experience. Her innovative approach empowers families by helping them understand the trauma beneath challenging behaviors, creating pathways to long-term healing and stronger family relationships.

Chris Colletti
WELLNESS PRACTITIONER | ELECTRONIC INTERVENTION SPECIALIST | NEUROFEEDBACK EXPERT
Since 2012, Chris has been dedicated to advancing drug-free, evidence-based interventions that support children, especially those who have experienced trauma, in overcoming developmental delays and behavioral challenges. His mission is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience as an adoptive parent of a sibling set who endured severe trauma. Chris brings deep empathy and insight to his work.
Chris began his journey in biofeedback and neurodevelopmental modalities with a strong focus on research-backed approaches. He partnered with The Parent Cooperative Community (PCC) to receive specialized training in addressing adverse behaviors in trauma-impacted children. Under the mentorship of Carla Derose at the PCC Day Program, he took on the role of Electronic Intervention Specialist. Today, Chris continues to advocate for trauma-informed care, blending science, technology, and compassion to help children thrive.

Destinee is an Associate Social Worker with Trauma Education & Support Services, actively gaining hours toward her licensure. She facilitates the teen group and brings a strong passion for working with adolescents. Destinee is highly qualified and deeply committed to supporting adoptive families, creating safe and nurturing spaces where teens can feel heard and empowered.
Destinee finds joy in showering love and care on the children and families she serves. Her work is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and a belief in the power of connection.
